My connection is blocked. What can I do to have it reactivated?
Please settle all unpaid bills. Your connection will be reactivated automatically
as soon as we receive your payments. A charge of 40 CHF will be incurred for the automatic reactivation.
To
reactivate
a connection within 24 hours (on workdays), we require a confirmation of payment, such as a copy of
your payment slip for example. You can fax the confirmation to 043 497 53 32. When paying via e-banking,
we only accept confirmation of payments which have been "executed".
A
charge of 80 CHF will
be incurred for express reactivations. Please note that the fax should contain
your customer number, your complete address and your signature.
