- Why
are the subscription prices for my digital products no longer billed in advance as before?
In
order to make our invoices even more transparent and customer-friendly, the subscription
prices for
the current month as well as the usage charges of the previous month (e.g.
for telephone calls) are
now listed on each invoice. Up to now, the subscription prices were invoiced one month in advance.
- Will
the month of the changeover be invoiced twice?
No, we will not invoice any month
twice. However, it is possible that you will not receive an invoice for the month of the changeover. Here
is an example for illustration:
- What
is the difference between the current and the previous billing method?
The difference
relates to the subscription prices: Each invoice will now contain the subscription prices
for the current month as well as the usage charges for the previous month (e.g. for telephone calls). Previously,
your invoice always contained the subscription prices for the following month and the usage charges
for the previous month.

- Where
on the invoice can I see for which month I am paying?
The invoice contains a cost
overview with all subscription prices and usage charges. It always includes the month or date, respectively,
for all prices and charges. Click here to go directly to a
detailed explanation of your invoice.
- Was
I notified of the change in billing method?
Of course we will notify all our customers
of the change. We have included an information letter with your invoice, which contains all the
important details. Click here to view the information letter once
again.
