Step by step

  • Have your login details ready (Mac adress/customer number)
  • Register with Online Customer Services
  • Notify us of your new address.
  • We will tell you immediately if your products are available at your new address
  • Enter your moving date, your contact telephone number and your email address
  • Please check your details
  • We will confirm your move in writing within a few days



Facts worth knowing

  • You will keep your phone number, even if you move to a region with a different area code
  • Further information on the subject of «Keeping or changing your telephone number when moving» can be found here
  • You Internet settings will remain the same even if your telephone number should change
  • If your contact telephone number or your email address changes, you can notify us here
