"Best effort" refers to the
best possible data connection under the given network conditions. Cablecom transmits all data as quickly
and as well as possible. Under normal conditions, the full bandwidth is available to the user. However,
in the case of restricted transmission capacity, the indicated download and upload speeds may be reduced.
